My favorite find at the launch event: Wacom's Cintiq display and digitizer. The display is 1280x1024 on an 18.1" LCD. Layer on top is a 100dpi(?) or so digitizer. Very nice control with the pen. It's not as expensive one might guess (only $3500), but it's more money than I'm willing to pay for a nice display and input device. If I were a graphic artist, though, I'd really think seriously about buyng one.
