Rather like the kitchen in unit #11. The oven and refrigerator are new (within the last year) and the dishwasher appears servicable. The kitchen is sligthly smaller than what my cooking afficianados would prefer, but bigger than what some of them presently have. It'll be perfectly serviceable for my purposes.
